We’re gearing up for our member institutions’ study abroad fairs and other outreach efforts. Our Winter 23-24 programs have these upcoming deadlines.
| September 8 | Early application deadline – app fee $150 |
| September 22 | Regular application deadline – app fee $250 |
| September 22 | Scholarship deadline |
| October 20 | First Payment Deadline – $1,850 |
| December 1 | Final Payment Deadline – varies based upon optional excursions, course fees, and flight choice (among other things) |
And here are program date details:
| London Winter | December 26 – depart US. Arrive London December 27 January 8, 2024 – Depart London and Arrive U.S. |
| London & Dublin | December 26 – Depart US. Arrive London December 27 January 2, 2024 – Air travel from London to Dublin January 8, 2024 – Depart Dublin and Arrive U.S. |

- Start Application – London Winter — London & Dublin
- Pay App fee (inside application)
- Apply for Passport
- Use the Refer–a-Friend
- Connect with home school study abroad advisors
- Apply for scholarship
- Use the Cost Calculator
- Engage families in the decision-making process
