I am pleased to announce that Nate Addington will join CCSA as our new Budget Manager.
Nate is Business Finance graduate of Western Kentucky University. As we learned, he brings to CCSA strong communication, mathematical, and analytical skills.
Nate takes over from Robert Bedard, who’s taken a new position at WKU (more on that below). Nate will oversee the accounts receivable and payable, prepare annual budget, and provide detailed budget reports to external auditors. From our offices in Bowling Green, Nate will work closely with the CCSA staff and Board to plan, implement, administer, monitor and manage both the CCSA operating and program specific budgets. He will work with CCSA Budget Committee to present budgetary reports and other budget management data.
Nate told us that he works extremely well in a team, and added, “I am excited to join CCSA and plan to make a positive contribution to the team!”
Nate officially starts May 22, 2023.
Please join me in welcoming Nate to the CCSA team.
Robert Bedard accepted a position with WKU, but will continue on a part-time basis during the transition. Since 2014, Robert has guided our financial recovery and growth. He now passes torch to Nate.

CCSA is a membership organization and serves our members by providing a means to support their students, faculty and goals for international education. We are not simply a “program provider.” The member institutions, guided by the CCSA Board of Trustees, own and operate CCSA.
