CCSA is accepting course proposals from our member institutions for the Summer 2024 program cycle.
As we exit the pandemic, we recognize that our talented corps of global teachers – active and potential – face new challenges at their home institutions. We saw this in 2022 when our “call for proposal” deadlines did not align the reality faced by faculty and staff. Clearly, we reach a pool of faculty who are asked to do more at their own schools, and our proposal timeline was not conducive to this fact.
In response, we’ve revised our proposal timeline for Summer 2024.
Summer 2024 | Course Proposals – Open Call | April 1, 2023 |
Summer 2024 | Course Proposals – Selective Based on courses proposed, CCSA may prioritize specific courses to fill gaps. | May 1, 2023 |
Summer 2024 | Course Proposals – Highly Selective If needed, this round will again prioritize more specific courses. | June 1, 2023 |
CCSA is also now committed to providing a stipend to faculty. While many of our faculty are willing to teach without the stipend, they deserve this recognition for their professionalism and expertise in their field.
