After three long years, CCSA returns with a set of three Winter programs with fifteen courses/faculty, six on-site administrators, associates guests, and 165 students.
The big out-bound travel day is December 26. The on-site portion of the London-based programs ends January 8, while the Australia group returns on January 9. The study abroad portion is embedded within a 5-week course that begins after the Fall 2022 semester ends and extends into mid-January.
CCSA courses follow a Multimodal Global Learning model that includes a “Know Before You Go” and and “Bring it Back Home” portion during which students make connections between their home location and their study abroad location in order to increase learning and context on their subject matter. This special aspect enables faculty to expose their students to new ways of seeing both the destination and their home.
